January 2021 Quarterly Meeting

We are sorry to announce that our Archives and Weigle House
will also be closed until January 26th due to COVID.
We will be disinfecting and cleaning both places. We are doing this for the safety of all.
We pray that that infected heal quickly and that we can resume all of our services quickly.

Save the Past for the Future

Sebring Historical Society is dedicated to preserving, protecting, and sharing the history, stories, and culture of Sebring and Highlands County. We have just signed a lease with the City of Sebring on the Weigle House, a historic home of national and local significance, to serve as the new home for our museum and gift shop. The funds from this Go Fund Me account will help us maintain and preserve this historic home and any other buildings we may acquire. This new location has the potential to be a tremendous investment in the promotion of our downtown area, engaging and inspiring tourists and long-time residents alike with the fascinating artifacts and stories of our community’s history. However, none of this will be possible without the grassroots support of people like you who love our community and care about its future. Please donate to our Save the Past for the Future campaign.
